Raj and D.K have hit the ball out of the park, yet again.
The series follows up right where the previous season left off, with characters dealing with loss, guilt, and trauma. Srikant Tiwari has joined an IT job and is trying to get together his almost fallen apart family. But Raji is planning to create havoc in the country, which leads Srikant to get back on his duty to catch Raji. What follows up further forms the crux of the series.

The first two episodes are a bit slow but JK And Srikant’s humor competition never lets the show hit a dull moment. The mid-three episodes are thoroughly entertaining and make you want to sit and finish it all in a go. From the sixth episode till the end credits of the finale, you are in for a ride that will keep you on the edge of your seat. It’s literally ‘all guns blazing.

Performances are bound to be spectacular when you got a phenomenal actor like Manoj Bajpayee, who is simply as breathtaking as Srikant Tiwari. Every scene feels real as if we are watching the life of a common man. Samantha Kenny is a star of this season. She is ruthless, dangerous, and yet a heart full of pain. She left no stone unturned to become Raji. Samantha excels in each and every scene she is present in, her emotional moments and sequences of combat are outstanding and so is the rest of the cast, Priyamani as Shrikant’s wife, Sharib Hashmi as JK, and co-actors have done a fair job adding chaar chaand to the series.

The technical aspects of this season are unbelievable. There are long shots of action sequences that have zero cuts (or made to look like one). Those one-shots create more tension and make you feel anxious. The cinematography of this season is definitely something to remember. The background music in action scenes and key moments work wonders. The Family Man is an Indian action thriller streaming television series on Amazon Prime Video created, directed, and produced by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K.
The Family Man season 2 was definitely worth the wait. It is a must watch.
